150 pounds and 38% bodyfat!
57 pounds of fat and only 93 pounds of lean body weight.
 
 
November 2007
I had these photos taken just 3 years after I started lifting weights. Here I am 122 pounds and 14% body
 
 
Here I have 104.92 pounds of lean body weight and only 17.08 pounds of fat.  So compared to July 2004 I have gained 12 pounds of muscle and lost 39.92 pounds of fat!  It's astounding what lifting weights and proper nutrition can do for you!
