My two beautiful children! Easton age 9 and Morgan age 12. They inspire me to keep going every day. They love to work out and are very positive with life. I admire how strong they are despite the adversities that come into their lives! This is a rare photo of Morgan; he usually won't let me take his picture! They are both growing their hair out for Locks of Love to benefit children with cancer.

Chris Kenny - Behind every great athlete is a coach who always believed in them!

I truly feel people come into your life for many different reasons. When I met Chris I was severly depressed and suicidal. I didn't know what to do with my life. He changed me forever. Not only is he the best coach I ever had, he is my best friend! Without him I would not be where I am today! He inspires me to do my best even when I feel like giving up. I owe my life to him!

Nate Curtis - Assistant Coach

Nate is an awesome coach as well as a great workout partner. He is always positive and keeps me in line! There has not been one workout where he hasn't inspired me to be better. I am grateful for his friendship, motivation and patients!

Allison

This is my friend Allison. Every time she comes to the gym she is positive and makes me laugh. She never says "I can't" and never gives up! She really makes my job worth doing. As I have gotten to know her I have come to know a very special person. Most people know my youngest son is disabled and I am truly grateful for everyone that helps him in his life. This is what Allison does. She has not helped my son but helps other children with severe emotional disabilities. She is a teacher who, as much as she says her job is stressful, is always playing with the kids and giving them unconditional love. Even though they may not know how to thank her, she has no idea how much she is changing their lives. If we had more people in this world like her it would definatelhy be a better place to live. One last thing about Allison, she sometimes works up to 14 hours a day, gets paid a teacher salary and then proceeds to volunteer as a ski guide for people with disabilities on the weekends. You go girl and never let anything get you down! Thanks for being my friend and you rock!
